IN THE RAW is a new play development laboratory dedicated to supporting playwrights in development of scripts with strong production and performance values through a process of collaboration, experimentation, dramaturgy, design workshops and consultations, read-thru’s, public readings, workshop productions, and open rehearsals—in short, anything helpful to the playwright in realizing their creative vision. By providing a creative incubator for new work, IN THE RAW will foster and support the work of professional playwrights, connect local theatre artists, and expose our audience to vibrant, cutting-edge new plays.
